Begging...(private)

[L]

L sat at his desk, filing through papers. He was srill wondering about the death that had occured at a bar in town. He had summoned a student to his office to question her.

[Katharine]

Walks slowly into the office."Oh god.. What happened? What did I do?"

[L]

"Nothing, please have a seat."

[Katharine]

Breaths out a sigh of happyness. Sitting down."What wo uld you like?"

[L]

L looks at the student. "Can you tell me your whereabouts two nights ago?"

[Katharine]

Looks down, thinking back."I...I... I really can't remember sir..."

[L]

"Mmhmmm." L thought. He looked at the girl suspiciously. "What is your name young lady?"

[Katharine]

"K-Katharine H-Hart, Sir."

[L]

L looked at Katharine. "No need to be nervous." L then began observing her body language. "Do you know what happened two nights ago at a night club in town?"

[Katharine]

Starts to think, and trying to remember."I don't remember, nor know anything."

[L]

L stared blankly at her. "Well one of my students, I do not kow whom, snuck into a club using a fake I.D., and killed a guy."

[Katharine]

Gasps, blinking a few times."R-Really?"

[L]

L nodded his head. "Yes..." L slid open a drawer and pulled out his Deathnote. "Did you know that I have the power to kill anyone I choose, simply by writing thier name down?" He said, trying to psych her out.

[Katharine]

Smiles lightly."That's nice."

[L]

L seeing that his tactic did not work resorts to other means. He signals for his waiter who brings him all of his sweets. He the proceeds to place the following foods onto a shishkabob: a donut, a chocolate chip cookie, a marshmallow, some gummy bears, and a sugar cube. L then drizzles it in chocolate syrup. "Would you like one?"

[Katharine]

Smiles sweetly."I would love one. But, I plan on eatting to night."

[L]

L takes a big bite out of the syrup soaked sweetness. "Well you can't have one." L then signaled for his coffee. He put twenty sugar cubes into it while asking, "You are looking quite suspicious. You dont remember your whereabouts, and your the only person at this school without an alibi."

[Katharine]

Starts giggling"I don't believe in hurting, or killing. Only love."

[L]

"mmhmmm" L takes a drink. "I don't believe in love. It is such a feeble thing. Made up by a person's imagination. It doesn't exist to me."

[Katharine]

smirks"of course."

[L]

L gets up from his desk and walks around. "Hmm, sarcasm at a time like this...interesting..."

[Katharine]

Rolls eyes and watches him.

[L]

L notes that catharine rolls her eye in his deathnote. "What I find suspicious is that you are our newest studend....and not once have you stopped by to introduce yourself...."

[Katharine]

"Was I spouse to?"Smirks

[L]

"Well, a normal person would have...but then again...not all of us are all that normal..."
