Playing in the halls

Yumi walked into the Band hall, humming softly to herself. She was carrying her Cello around, and stopped in the hallway. Pulling her bow, she started playing a sad song, melodic, and closed her eyes, humming along with the music.

Bittersweet

[Matt]

Keitaro came in silently he had his glasses off and contacts in his eye a black rose and letter in his hand as he made the letter into a air plane and put the rose into it as he threw it if she opend it and started to read it would tell her that he is sorry and hopes she can forgive him

She finished the song, and looked down. It was a rose. And a letter? She picked it up. After reading the letter, she sighed. She wasn't sure what it was. Usually she hated apologies. But somehow, the black rose, plus the letter given to her from a distance to give her space, seemed like he really might mean it. She placed them on the floor, and sat down, leaning her Cello against her shoulder. She had reacted badly, that was all. She had thought he might die, and then he'd pulled it out and was fine. She didn't know what had made her angrier... the fact that he'd been just fine even though he'd looked like he was dying... or the fact that she'd been useless and had panicked rather than helped him. She took a deep breath, trying to clear her mind.

[Matt]

Keitaro not able to see a response from her started to play his guitar silently and started to sing along to the song

She sighed and picked up her Cello. She wanted to apologize for slapping him. Starting for the door, she heard someone singing, and stopped, listening to them play guitar and sing. She didn't want to interrupt, so she stood in one spot, not drawing any attention to herself.

[Matt]

As he finished the song he yawned and thought "I hope she can forgive me." as he put down the guitar and looked out the window

She started forward. "I'm sorry about slapping you... I was just... angry with myself..." She said, biting her lip and keeping her gaze low. "You were hurt, and I didn't do anything to help... I just panicked..."

[Matt]

"No it is my fault i should have told you i cant really be hurt all that easy." he said "I am sorry if i scared you as well." he said with a sad look in his eyes

She shook her head. "If you hadn't been immune to that, though... I'd have wound up letting you die in my panic and hesitation." She said, sitting on the floor.

[Matt]

"Yeah but non of this would have happend if i got into that fight." he said with a sigh

[frozendreamz]

"But the fact remains... it happened, and I didn't do anything to help. I'm useless..." She said, turning so she was look in a different direction to him.

[Matt]

"Your not useless." he said "You are smart and fun." he said with a kind smile as he put his guitar back in it's case

"And a nervous wreck... not to mention someone who doesn't do well under bad circumstance. I'm a useless lump. If one of my friends were hurt, I'd freeze up, and they'd die because of my inactions..." She sighed and hugged her knees up to her chest.

[Matt]

"Listen you just freaked out you arent useless." he said as he layed on the ground and looked up at the celling

"But it's ALWAYS like that. I can't help but panic in those situations. I'm an-" She stopped. She wasn't saying anything about that. Instead she switched and said "idiot... and a failure..."

[Matt]

"You are not a idiot nor are you a failure.Everyone grows better at their own rate" he said as he chuckled "You should have seen me three years ago i was triping over my own feet freaking out over everything i was a total wreck." he said

She turned her eyes to his, and as anger flashed in them, so did her Sharingan. "My time for growing past this was many years ago!" She said, angrily. [color=violet]"And I have YET to improve! An Uchiha that panics and hesitates! At 15 years old!"[/color=] She slammed her fist into the ground and heard the crunch of the floor and her fist breaking.

[Matt]

Keitaro heard a crunch "Are you ok?" he asked rather quickly not wanting her to be hurt real bad

"I'm fine."It was the first time she'd felt the pressure of home when not at home. It was intoxicating. She held her bleeding fist to her chest. (on my phone)

[Matt]

Keitaro just sighed "Give me your hand." he said as he took out a pocket watch with a dragon on it "Thank you dad." he thought

She blushed, and held out her hand, before wincing. It really hurt and was mangled badly. She didn't care about the floor, but her hand was a mess.

[Matt]

Keitaro took out a neddle "Now this is gonna hurt but it well help your hand." he said as he put the neddle in the hand and injected "It should stop the pain." he said yawning

[L]

L had been sitting in his office witnessing this whole little event taking place. He had kept quiet during the whole arguement and blabbing but when he heard the floor crack, he put up his donuts and his gummy bears to check out whet happened. When he peeked out from around the door he saw Two young children sitting on the floor. one a boy, the other a boy, but both appeared to be freshmen. L had remembered peering over thier applications to the school. They were both new. L looked to see what had happened to the floor, but just saw some cracks and no injuries on the kids. "Whats going on out here?"

[Matt]

"A long story head master." keitaro said "She just hit the floor and broke her hand it should be healed now." he finished getting up off his knee

She lowered her head. "I'm sorry about the floor, sir... I can do stuff around the school to pay it off..." She offered, hoping she wouldn't get in serious trouble for the broken floor. The last thing she needed was to get sent home or have something sent home about her juvenile behaviour. She couldn't handle what her family might wind up doing. She looked up slightly, looking around the midriff of the headmaster, too nervous to make eye contact.
